Dr. Adrian K. Mercer

Dr. Adrian Mercer is a senior family physician and clinical director with multidisciplinary training in medicine, surgery, tropical health, musculoskeletal medicine, and healthcare leadership. Over two decades of practice across several health systems have shaped his calm, methodical approach to complex and continuing care. He has particular experience supporting older adults, coordinating care between families and specialists, and helping patients manage several health concerns without losing sight of the person behind them. Dr. Malcolm Reed is an experienced family and emergency physician with more than three decades in community practice. His background includes urgent care, occupational medicine, independent medical evaluation, and the long-term management of medically complex patients. He is known for bringing perspective to difficult decisions and for helping patients understand which concerns require immediate action and which can be managed steadily over time. Dr. Amara Okafor brings more than 15 years of family medicine experience and additional qualifications in child health, obstetrics and gynecology, and sexual and reproductive healthcare. Her practice focuses on creating a private, respectful space where patients can ask questions openly and make informed decisions without feeling rushed. She has particular interests in women’s health, contraception, IUD consultation and procedures, pregnancy planning, children’s health, immunization, and preventive screening. Dr. Selina Mensah is a Canadian-certified family physician with more than 15 years of clinical experience and postgraduate training in tropical medicine and international health. Her work has given her a broad understanding of chronic illness, preventive care, and the different social factors that influence a patient’s health. She has special interests in seniors’ health, diabetes and blood-pressure management, women’s health, children’s health, and care that supports several generations of one family. Dr. Daniel Adebayo

Dr. Daniel Adebayo has more than 13 years of experience across family practice, emergency medicine, paediatrics, psychiatry, cardiology, stroke medicine, palliative care, and seniors’ health. Additional diplomas in child health, geriatric medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology allow him to support a wide variety of concerns in one setting. He also has postgraduate training in obesity and weight management and enjoys helping patients pursue realistic, sustainable changes rather than short-term fixes. Dr. Adebayo currently offers walk-in care, subject to daily availability.

Dr. Maya Chinedu believes that patients make better health decisions when they feel heard, respected, and fully informed. Her broad general-practice background is supported by additional training in obstetrics and gynecology and occupational health and safety. Her clinical interests include women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, workplace health, mental wellbeing, seniors’ care, and office-based procedures such as Pap testing and contraceptive-device insertion.
